Shlomi Barak MD FRANZCOG
Dr Shlomi Barak is the Director of Reproductive Services at the Assuta University Hospital in Ashdod.
He completed his specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Israel and his REI and Andrology training in Melbourne, Australia.
Dr Barak is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG), Consultant Gynaecologist, Andrologist and Fertility Specialist. Senior Lecturer in the division of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Dr Barak is an author of numerous publications in international scientific journals and of several book chapters. His research interests include oocyte activation in severe male infertility cases, medical management of severe male infertility, advanced sperm selection techniques in ART and low-dose ovarian stimulation in diminished ovarian reserve patients.
